Crown Management ("Crown," "we," "us," or "our") operates crownmanagement.ca (the "Site"), including our two practices, Crown Event Production and Crown Grant Strategy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you provide directly:

• Contact form submissions (name, email, phone number, and any message details you provide)

• Newsletter signups for "The Crown Connection" (email address, and name if requested)

• Discovery/strategy call bookings made through Calendly (name, email, phone number, and any details you enter about your event or funding needs)

Information collected automatically:

• Standard website analytics via our hosting platform (Wix), which may include IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and time spent on the Site

• Cookies used for site functionality and analytics (see Section 5)

We do not collect payment or financial account information directly through this Site — we don't process payments here.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to inquiries and schedule discovery or strategy calls

• Send the Crown Connection newsletter to subscribers who opt in

• Understand how visitors use the Site, so we can improve it

• Communicate with you about a Crown Event Production or Crown Grant Strategy engagement you've requested

The Site links to and relies on the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policy:

We use Calendly to book discovery and strategy calls; when you schedule a call, you'll be taken to Calendly's own booking interface, and Calendly's privacy policy applies to any information you submit there.

The Site itself is hosted on Wix, which handles our forms and analytics, so Wix's own privacy and cookie policies apply to hosting-level data collection. Bagged (bagged-grants-canada.lovable.app), Crown's free grant-discovery directory, is a separate tool with its own privacy practices — browsing Bagged is not the same as submitting information to Crown.

Our two practice-specific offer pages, Crown Event Production and Crown Grant Strategy, are built on Canva Sites and hosted separately from crownmanagement.ca, each with its own data handling. Finally, the social platforms linked in our footer (Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn) are governed by each platform's own privacy policy.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party site before submitting information to it.

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the personal information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Site uses cookies (via Wix) to support core site functionality and to understand aggregate visitor behaviour. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; note that some Site features may not function properly if cookies are disabled.
