ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

Crown Management is committed to making crownmanagement.ca accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. As an Ontario business, we're also mindful of our obligations under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).

Our Commitment

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance, the widely recognized standard for web accessibility, and we're actively working toward this as the Site is built and maintained. This includes:
Sufficient color contrast between text and background, including within our brand palette (Crown Black, Crown Gold, Champagne, Crown Cream)
Descriptive alt text on images, including event photography and client/partner logos
Keyboard-navigable menus, forms, and buttons
Clear, consistent heading structure so screen readers can navigate the page logically
Captions or text alternatives for video content used in the hero banner or elsewhere, where applicable
Readable, legible typography with generous spacing, even where the display typeface is bold or condensed

Known Limitations

We're transparent that no website is perfectly accessible, and this Site is no exception. Known areas we're actively monitoring and improving include:

Third-party embedded content (e.g., the Calendly booking widget, Bagged grant directory, and social media feeds) is governed by those platforms' own accessibility standards, which are outside our direct control
Auto-advancing content, such as the homepage image slideshow and logo marquee, includes pause-on-hover/tap controls, but we're continuing to test this across assistive technologies
